Im always thinking of something new and different to cook. My kids love cheese and chicken so I just put this recipe together that turned out so delicious. Its also a great Meal for Iftari in Ramadan. I always try to add some thing from each food group. This will have a lot of vegetables, chicken, and rice then it will be baked to perfection...
