October 19: Delicious Gluten-Free Recipes for Celiac Sprue Awareness Month

Celiac sprue is a medical condition, in which those affected have an allergic reaction to gliadin, a type of gluten found in wheat. Celiac Sprue Awareness Month was devised in order to raise awareness of the disease and its symptoms, and to give people living with celiac sprue help and advice.

Today, many people in America live with celiac sprue - it is thought that one in 100 people have it. Celiac Sprue Awareness Month is a great opportunity for everyone to learn more about the disease and to try out a gluten free diet.
