Masala French Toast For Breakfast

Stuff your everyday French toast with a savoury filling and give your breakfast a much-needed twist. INGREDIENTS 4 slices of bread 3 eggs ¼ cup of milk ½ tsp chilli powder ½ tsp of jeera powder Salt to taste For the stuffing 1 large onion chopped 1 large tomato chopped 2 green chillies chopped Handful of coriander leaves ¼ cup grated cheese (optional but highly recomended) Salt to taste DIRECTIONS 1. Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and keep aside. 2. Whisk together eggs, milk and spices till frothy. 3. Take two slices of bread and stuff them with the mixture evenly. 4. Dip this in the egg mixture and cook on the pan till golden brown on both sides.

Israeli Breakfast- Duck Eggs Shakshouka

A Middle-Eastern dish, usually eaten for breakfast or lunch, Shakshouka can be made in your kitchen. INGREDIENTS 1 onion, 1 cup tomato puree, Sumac powder, 2 eggs, Garlic, Fresh parsley, 5-6 cherry tomatoes, Fresh basil, Chilli oil for drizzling DIRECTIONS 1. Heat some oil in a pan. 2. Fry some chopped onions and garlic. 3. Add the tomato puree. Season it with salt and pepper. 4. Put some cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, spring onions and parsley. 5. Crack the eggs. Cover it with a lid and let it cook. 6. Sprinkle some sumac powder and drizzle chilli oil. 7. Serve with pita bread.
