Author: Chelsea Cohen Ingredients 1 pre-made pizza crust ½ cup fresh ricotta cheese 3 fresh figs, sliced 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped 1 sprig thyme 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1-2 tablespoons honey Instructions Prepare pizza crust per package instructions. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Spread pizza crust with dollops of ricotta, fig slices, blue cheese and walnuts. Pluck thyme leaves from their stem and sprinkle them on the pizza. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until pizza dough is crispy and golden and cheese is bubbling. Drizzle with honey. Slice and enjoy!
